Webinar #EMEC19 “We’re not here to play the game, we’re here to change it!”

RECORDED WEBINAR:

How do you design a conference like EMEC and how do you make sure it is bringing the results you want? EMEC19 design explained by the Event Owners

The European Meetings and Events Conference (EMEC) will be held in The Hague, 9-12 February 2019. The conference is owned by Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and the event exists for over 20 years. After Amsterdam in 2000, this is the second time that this conference will be held in The Netherlands. MPI The Netherlands Chapter is tasked with organizing this conference in 2019.

So where do you begin when you are tasked with such a challenge? That is what we will be asking Sven Boelhouwer and Gijs Verbeek, the event owners, on behalf of the local chapter. Sven and Gijs will be talking about the process they went through and what hurdles they took on that journey.

How can you engage an audience, locally and internationally, and how can you make sure every stakeholder gets what they want? MPI used Event Design Collective to facilitate the process of Event Design. Gijs and Sven engaged 60 professionals, divided over 3 sessions in the design process.

So are you interested in how event designs are created and how they take effect? Watch this recorded webinar:
